Dear Friends,

Welcome to the Oh Yumm Bistro! Perhaps you are wondering how the Bistro got its unique name. For many years prior to opening the Bistro, I was a caterer. Many times, people (including my sister) would come over before a catering job to assist, and ask one simple question: "What's cooking?" Their response to the menu items was typically "Oh Yumm!" and the rest is history. The name is one that we have fun with and one that connotes happiness.

You may have seen us out at Zoobilation one of the past three years (winning a blue ribbon this past year for our scallop cakes!) or perhaps you have joined us at the Café of the Crossroads Guild Home Tour. I support the Damien Center by participating in Dining Out for Life year after year and often provide gift certificates to fundraisers around the city.

I have a passion for good food, camaraderie and giving back to the community. I set out to fulfill my life long dream of opening a restaurant with these things in mind. My goal was and still is to have a Bistro that offers excellent food, warm and friendly service in an environment that makes people feel good.
